Jerome Cramer from Compliance Auditing and Training Australasia Pty Ltd was engaged by our organisation to develop a Food Safety Program as required by the Toowoomba Regional Council. This program was multifaceted and covered the Function Centre business undertaken from The Angel Café, and catered to Preston Manor, Gabbinbar Homestead & Preston Peak Winery. The development of this customised Food Safety Program included an Internal Audit of the facilities, and a close working collaboration with our Head Chef.
