Jerome Cramer from Compliance Auditing & Training Australasia P/L has been part of our ongoing food safety management and training from January 2014. His assistance has been valuable in recognising areas of ongoing training for our staff and in monitoring independently our food safety. His courteous and professional manner allows easy interaction with our staff while providing high level training discussions.
