My College has been fortunate enough to secure the services of Jerome Cramer (Compliance Audit and Training Australasia Pty. Ltd) initially to construct our Food Safety Program for our local Rockhampton Regional Council. Jerome’s scope of works has also been extended to include consultancy work with our Catering Manager and catering staff as well as negotiating pricing from providers. Jerome is extremely professional and has completed internal audits for our organization and conducted professional development training for our catering staff.
